Healthcare & Education Operations Professional
I design structures that connect human experience with systems thinking and enablement, making complex processes clear and scalable.
Hi, I’m Caley — a story seeker specializing in operations & process design.
Throughout my career in healthcare and higher education, I’ve been drawn to the human side of operations: how people do their work, why systems evolve the way they do, and what makes processes meaningful as well as efficient. From supporting clinical teams at OHSU to shaping graduate training operations at Pacific, I’ve learned that listening to stories is the starting point for designing structures that truly serve people.
That perspective — combining empathy with strategic system design — has shaped my approach as an operations professional. I build frameworks that bring clarity to complexity, empower providers and staff, and ensure that systems support the higher purpose they were meant to serve.
Outside of work, I’m a pianist, writer, and runner. I make sense of systems the way I make sense of music: seeking patterns, listening for harmonies, and creating something stronger out of many moving parts.
